1. Introduction
Welcome to Gpog (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), accessible via gpog.com.ng.
Gpog is an AI-powered digital platform that provides Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, a digital marketplace, flexible payment solutions, and other online services that enable users to create, buy, sell, promote, and manage digital and physical products and services.
By accessing or using Gpog, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
Gpog provides a range of digital services, including but not limited to:
- AI-powered content creation tools such as AI Image Studio, AI Movie Studio, AI Talking Avatar Studio, and other AI services.
- A digital marketplace where users can buy and sell products and services.
- Flexible payment solutions, including Gpog Flex Payâ„¢.
- Digital subscriptions, memberships, AI credits, and other platform services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Gpog is not the manufacturer, owner, or seller of products listed by independent vendors.
- Gpog provides technology that enables users to create AI-generated content and conduct transactions.
- Payments are processed through licensed third-party payment providers.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Platform, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Be responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
- Notify Gpog immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Gpog reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
4. AI Services
Gpog offers AI-powered tools that assist users in generating images, videos, avatars, written content, and other digital content.
By using these AI services, you agree that:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated outputs before using or publishing them.
- You will not use Gpog’s AI tools for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, harmful, or misleading purposes.
- You will not use the AI services to infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights of others.
- AI credits allocated through subscriptions or purchased separately are subject to Gpog’s credit policies and may expire according to your subscription plan.
Gpog reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to AI services where misuse is detected.
5. Marketplace Products and Services
Products and services listed on Gpog may be provided by independent vendors or by Gpog.
For third-party listings:
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
- Gpog does not guarantee the quality, legality, availability, or suitability of products or services offered by independent vendors.
- Users should carefully review vendor information before completing transactions.
6. AI Credits and Membership Plans
Certain AI services require AI Credits.
Credits may be:
- Included with subscription plans.
- Purchased separately where applicable.
- Granted as promotional credits.
Unless otherwise stated:
- AI Credits have no cash value.
- AI Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Credits may expire according to your subscription or promotional terms.
- Gpog may modify credit allocations, pricing, or usage limits with reasonable notice.
7. Pricing and Payments
Prices for products, subscriptions, memberships, AI Credits, and services may be determined by Gpog or independent vendors.
Payments are processed through licensed third-party payment providers.
Payment confirmation remains subject to settlement by the payment provider.
Gpog does not hold customer funds except where required for transaction processing or applicable law.
8. GPOG FLEX PAYâ„¢
Gpog Flex Payâ„¢ is a flexible payment arrangement that enables eligible users to complete purchases through scheduled payments.
8.1 Nature of Arrangement
Gpog Flex Payâ„¢:
- Is a purchase-based payment arrangement.
- Is not a loan, lease, or hire purchase agreement.
- Enables users to pay according to an agreed payment schedule.
8.2 User Obligations
By using Gpog Flex Payâ„¢, you agree to:
- Complete all scheduled payments.
- Provide accurate information.
- Comply with all eligibility requirements.
- Avoid any attempt to abuse or circumvent the payment system.
8.3 Service Fees
Where applicable, service fees will be clearly disclosed before the transaction is completed.
9. Delivery and Transaction Completion
Delivery schedules for physical or digital products are determined by the responsible vendor or service provider.
Access to certain products, services, AI features, documentation, or ownership rights may depend on successful completion of payment obligations.
10. Vendor Earnings and Payouts
Vendor earnings are calculated based on completed and eligible transactions.
Payout eligibility depends on:
- Successful transaction completion.
- Settlement by payment providers.
- Compliance with Gpog’s policies.
Displayed balances represent transaction records and do not necessarily represent stored funds.
11. Intellectual Property
The Gpog platform, trademarks, logos, software, AI systems, and original content are owned by or licensed to Gpog Limited.
Users retain ownership of content they create using Gpog’s AI tools, subject to applicable laws and the rights of third parties.
Users are responsible for ensuring that content generated or uploaded does not infringe the rights of others.
12. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Use AI services for illegal or harmful purposes.
- Generate unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, or infringing content.
- Attempt to bypass platform security or payment systems.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

- Memberships.
- Transactions.
where these Terms are violated or misuse is reasonably suspected.
