GPOG VENDOR AGREEMENT
1. INTRODUCTION
This agreement governs vendors (“You”) who list products or services on Gpog.
2. ROLE OF GPOG
Gpog provides a marketplace for vendors to connect with buyers.
Gpog does not own listed products or services unless explicitly stated.
3. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Vendors agree to:
- Provide accurate listings
- Deliver products/services as described
- Maintain professional conduct
- Comply with applicable laws
4. PRICING
Vendors are responsible for setting accurate prices.
5. PAYMENTS & EARNINGS
- Payments are processed via licensed providers
- Earnings are recorded after transaction confirmation
- Payouts are subject to settlement timelines and platform conditions
Displayed balances represent transaction records only.
6. GPOG FLEX PAY™ TRANSACTIONS
Where applicable:
- Vendors agree to support transactions completed under flexible payment arrangements
- Payout structure may follow agreed platform rules
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Vendors must not:
- Engage in fraud
- Misrepresent products/services
- Bypass the platform
8. TERMINATION
Gpog may suspend or remove vendors for violations.
9. LIABILITY
Vendors are responsible for their products, services, and obligations to buyers.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by Nigerian law.
