  • Gpog provides tools that enable users to discover, engage, and transact with vendors.
  • Payments are processed through licensed third-party payment providers.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

Gpog reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

  • Products and services listed on Gpog are provided by independent vendors.
  • Gpog does not guarantee the quality, legality, or suitability of any listing.
  • Users are encouraged to review vendor information before completing transactions.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

  • Prices are determined by vendors or the Platform where applicable.
  • All payments are processed via licensed payment providers.
  • Payment confirmation is subject to settlement timelines from these providers.

Gpog does not hold customer funds.

6. GPOG FLEX PAY™ (FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLAN)

Gpog Flex Pay™ is a flexible payment arrangement that allows users to complete purchases over a defined payment schedule.

6.1 Nature of Arrangement

  • Gpog Flex Pay™ is a purchase-based arrangement.
  • It does not constitute a loan, lease, or hire purchase.
  • It represents a structured payment plan for completing a transaction.

6.2 User Obligations

By using Gpog Flex Pay™, you agree to:

  • Complete all scheduled payments as agreed
  • Provide accurate information
  • Not take actions that disrupt or bypass the transaction process

6.3 Fees

A clearly disclosed service fee may apply to flexible payment arrangements.

7. DELIVERY AND TRANSACTION COMPLETION

  • Delivery timelines are determined by vendors.
  • Access to certain benefits, documentation, or full transaction completion may depend on fulfillment of agreed payment conditions.
  • Gpog may implement safeguards to ensure transaction integrity.

8. EARNINGS AND PAYOUTS (FOR VENDORS)

  • Vendor earnings are recorded based on completed transactions.
  • Payout eligibility is subject to:
    • transaction completion
    • settlement from payment providers
  • Payouts are processed through integrated payment systems.

Displayed balances represent transaction records, not stored funds.

9. DISPUTES AND RESOLUTION

  • Users may raise disputes through Gpog’s dispute resolution system.
  • Gpog may review and mediate disputes between parties.
  • Decisions may be based on available evidence and platform policies.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to bypass the Platform
  • Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
  • Disrupt platform operations

Gpog reserves the right to take necessary action against violations.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Gpog acts as a facilitator and shall not be liable for:

  • Vendor performance issues
  • Product defects
  • Indirect or consequential damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. TERMINATION

Gpog may suspend or terminate access to:

  • accounts
  • transactions
  • platform features

where there is a breach of these Terms or suspected misuse.

13. MODIFICATIONS

Gpog reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
